Privacy

Amber Field Trail is built to gather as little as possible. There are no accounts, no payments and no advertising trackers. We use a small amount of storage on your own device — none of it identifies you personally:

• aft_age_ok — remembers your 18+ confirmation for the session.
• aft_cookie_ok — remembers that you acknowledged the cookie notice.
• aft_credits — holds your virtual credit balance during a visit.

We don't ask for your name, email or payment details, run no cross-site trackers or fingerprinting, and don't sell or share personal data — because we don't collect it. Our host may keep basic technical request logs (IP, browser type, time) for security and reliability, for a limited period. Under laws such as the revised Swiss FADP (revFADP) and the EU GDPR you have rights to access, correct or delete personal data — though with no accounts there's little to act on. By entering and playing, you agree to these terms.

• Eligibility: for adults aged 18+, where using a social casino is lawful for you.
• Virtual credits: free, with no monetary value; they can't be bought, withdrawn, transferred or redeemed, and are not winnings.
• Entertainment, not gambling: no real-money gambling, betting or prizes; no outcome has financial value.
• Acceptable use: don't break, overload, reverse-engineer or misuse the site, or interfere with others.
• As is: the site is provided as is and as available; features may change or pause at any time.
• Liability: to the extent permitted by law, we're not liable for indirect or consequential loss; as no real money is involved, credits can't be lost in real terms.
• Governing law: the laws of Switzerland, subject to mandatory consumer protections where you live.

Rather than traditional cookies, Amber Field Trail relies on the three essential browser-storage keys listed above (aft_age_ok, aft_cookie_ok, aft_credits). We use no advertising, analytics or tracking cookies, no pixels and no fingerprinting. You can clear this data any time via your browser's privacy or site-data settings; on your next visit you'll simply confirm your age again and start fresh with 1,000 credits.
